Dosage and how to use

Decoction

Pour 1 tablespoon of crushed roots with a glass of water - bring to a boil slowly and cook for 3 minutes, then leave it covered for 15 minutes, drain. Drink 3-4 times a day before meals in small portions. Drink plenty of fluids after consuming the decoction.

Infusion

Pour 1 tablespoon of crushed root into a thermos, pour in 1/2 cup of boiling water, close the thermos and set aside for 2 hours. Drink the infusion 1/4 - 1/3 cup, 2 - 4 times a day between meals. The infusion has a diuretic effect.
