Dosage and how to use

Decoction:

Two tablespoons of dried herb honey should be poured with two glasses of water and boiled for about 10 minutes, covered. Then the decoction should be put aside for a few minutes, and then drunk several times a day after a meal. The decoction is drunk in the amount of 75-150 ml (up to just over half a glass) per serving. The decoction is worth using in the case of digestive ailments, e.g. ulcers. Lungwort prepared in this way will also help in the course of infection with the Helicobacter Pylori bacterium (it reduces the activity and multiplication of bacteria) or as a remedy for diarrhea. However, be careful not to overdo it with the amount of honey you eat, as this can lead to constipation. It is enough to give it 2-3 times a day. On the other hand, lungwort tea, which is prepared by pouring boiling water over two teaspoons of dried herb, is better for respiratory infections.

Side effects

Constipation in case of overdose or sensivity to herb.

Contraindications

Do not exceed the dose indicated by the doctor or the manufacturer, because too much lungwort can cause constipation. For this reason, people suffering from chronic stomach problems or ailments that cause problems with defecation should not reach for products based on this plant without consulting a specialist. So far, no negative consequences of consuming honey extracts along with other medications have been demonstrated.
