Raspberry Leaf (lat. Rubus Idaeus) has been used in traditional folk medicine for many years as a remedy for many ailments. They are characterized by a high content of vitamin C. Dosage and how to use


Pour about 1/2 cup of boiling water over a tablespoon of raspberry leaves, then cover and set aside for 15 minutes. After this time, it is best to strain the tea. It is recommended to drink 1/2 cup of the infusion 2-3 times a day.

Raspberry leaf tea must not be used in the event of a threatened pregnancy. It is also not recommended if a caesarean section is planned or if there was a premature birth during previous pregnancies.
