Raspberry Leaf (lat. Rubus Idaeus) has been used in traditional folk medicine for many years as a remedy for many ailments. They are characterized by a high content of vitamin C. Moreover, in their chemical composition we can find compounds responsible for many healing properties, such as tannins, mucilages, resins, polyphenols (flavonoids), organic acids and mineral salts. Dosage and how to use

Infusion:

Pour about 1/2 cup of boiling water over a tablespoon of raspberry leaves, then cover and set aside for 15 minutes. After this time, it is best to strain the tea. It is recommended to drink 1/2 cup of the infusion 2-3 times a day.

Raspberry leaf tea must not be used in the event of a threatened pregnancy. It is also not recommended if a caesarean section is planned or if there was a premature birth during previous pregnancies. Drinking raspberry tea is also not recommended in multiple pregnancies.
