White dead nettle, because of its similarity, is confused with the popular nettle, it is a perennial with many beneficial and health properties.

Dosage and how to use
Decoction:
Put 1 teaspoon of herb in a pot and pour 200ml of water. Heat and cook for 3-5 minutes. Leave for 15 minutes, drain.
Infusion, tea:
Pour 200ml of hot water over 1 teaspoon of flowers or herbs. Brew covered for 15 minutes.
Tincture:
Combine 50g of herb with 250ml of vodka. Seal it in a bottle, set aside in a dark place for 2 weeks. Then strain.
