Dietary supplements Narum Caps in the form of capsules is used to maintain the composition and biological activity of the normal intestinal flora in children and adults.

Ingredients:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine,
- capsule shell: gelling agent - gellan gum, glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Recommended daily dose:
- Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2-3 capsules 3 times a day, 15-20 minutes before a meal,
- Children from 6 to 12 years of age: 1 capsule 3 times a day, 15-20 minutes before a meal,
- Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day, 15-20 minutes before a meal.

Duration of use: For optimal effect, it is recommended to take for 5-6 weeks.
Directions for use :
The capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in cases of intolerance to dairy products). You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in the drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not eat if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients of the product. Pregnant and lactating women should consume the preparation after consulting a doctor.
Storage conditions:
